  • they were so good classic!

  • completely forgot how good they were.. brings back good memories of an era gone but never forgotten.

  • been checking out your vids and you just gained yet another loyal subscriber in me much love from one music lover to another

  • Thanx for uploading. This CD single STAYED in my CD player for quite some time. The original was classic, the ambient mix sad and somber, and yet this mix of the exact same song feels fresh yet nostalgic. Gee's vocals are top notch on this track and I defy anyone to let that jazzy instrumental segment beginning at 4:54 play only once. I always have to hear it at least 4 or 5 times each listen.

  • Very wise feelings from many of the 'commenteers' below :-)

Innocence produced quite simply a beautiful, crisp, unique flavour. When British soul artists do stuff like this it is untouchable. Period.

Looking back, this song was a major part of my teenage years, and is easily one of my favourite songs from the 90s. Just devastating music to feel.

I can only echo dcflava74's sentiments in that I am dumbfounded as to why this band did not garner the accolade that, say, Soul II Soul did.

    Chapeau :-)

  • Yep. bring backs memories which mean more now than then

  • Definately one of the best albums of the day

  • awesome...saw them live in the "Far-Out" Club in Munich in 1990. I also remember the great songs "Natural Thing" and "Let's Push It". Wonderful kind of music, i loved that great era of british dancefloor.

  • Sounds like something that can be produce by Sade's group.

  • Wow,this is just wicked man.Why on earth this group didn,t go far.The album was just packed with so much lush instrumentry and great vocals and lyrics. The singer Gee Morris was a looker too.Big up to the UK for out of the box creativity.

  • remember these days...CLASSIC....

    indeed...these WERE the days!

    although I play the original.....

  • Vocals by Gee Morris, I know her.

  • Top song Top album!

  • Classic with a capital C! Still got the album and the 12" of most, if not all the singles. I got a ticket to see them live at Band On The Wall in 1990 and it still stands out today as one of the best small venue concerts ive ever been to! Top tune - how ironic - "remember the days" - these WERE the days! Wicked upload man like the mix with the extra sax, not got this mix, so again, thanks for sharing.
