It took some time the open the program, and the frames were not coming one after another, due to the distance, overloaded servers from Iceland etc. It was weekend:)

I wish it was water on their lens. Itd solve the problem. But, as far as I know, water never takes such shapes, sometimes curved, sometimes like a saw blade. If you can observe, the weird area apears and goes off, reminding us of the trace o a windshield wiper. I still do not know what I have recorded from their live webcam.

It's an artefact caused by sunlight passing through a drop of water on the surface of the camera lens.

The camera is tripod-mounted, so checking the lens surface didn't come so rapidly to hand.

I would suggest it's probably got something to do with light defraction through the dust fragments in the cloud OR some strange lightning formation as the dust particles rub together creating static which jumps from the land. Depending on the amount of electricity generated, it could back up why the light is constant.

I can not agree your point, because from a curved shape to a jigsaw tooth shape there is no logic explanation.The glass material has a rather constant shape, mainly curved, not like a combination of some fracured STR8 lines. @RomkeVideo I Thought it may be some kind of interference between different lights coming from different directions, at the surface of the lenses, or not, but I still think it could be a signal distortion/interference in the camera's sensor.
