I'm very familiar with this behavior. Our cat is a 2 person cat, no one else can touch her without getting her wrath. The vet has a very hard time with her. But we (the 2 of us) can do anything to her and she just goes along with it. But we do know where to draw the line & stop. I think it's because a ex-friend use to tease her too much when she was a little kitten.
