I just realised that I could be watching a video by the genius and contemporary of Tesla's Andrija Puharich on extracting energy from water. Speaking of Tesla he also was vegetarian as Leonardo da Vinci, Pythagoras, Aristotle, Plato, Buddha...
They all used sound reason to uplift humanity.
Your arguments are without reason, and insult the intelligence of the viewer.
All the vegetarians I've ever met had a lot of life and energy to them.
@anarchore Your voice and demeanor in all videos past and present are very flat and it seems you are always exhausted and sad, the diet change is not doing you any good.
Dr Morse would probably say your adrenals are shot, which would be my guess too.
You didn't mention any past or present drug use or if you ever exercised. I think there is a lot you aren't telling us.
I'm not wasting any more time on someone dedicated to debasing all philosophy and intelligence. Goodbye crazy lady.
Kim you ought to read up on PA (Pernicious Anemia) a condition where the stomach doesn't make the carrier protein INTRINSIC FACTOR necessary for the body to absorb B12 from the diet. Yes your doctor should have done a test for this because it won't matter how much B12 you eat if you cannot absorb and assimilate it.
And btw, there is no mental ANYTHING that goes along with being a vegan/vegetarian. Thats just you sweety. Some may use it as a result of mental issues, in search of a reason/cure or in your case "cause" of mental/physical issues, but its none of those. If processed foods are avoided as a an alternative to meat consumption, its the best diet out there. Eating healthy meats I dont think would harm anything. Seventh Day Adventists live longer than anyone and theyre by far the closest to vegan.
@robduncan2000 She obviously has some deep health issues, she says she almost died after eating raw fruit and vegetables for three days, and says she never tried a raw fruit diet. Bingo. She never detoxed and now blames not eating meat with her health problems.
@anarchore Well i guess the whole weight loss phrase is just the body cleaning itself out. But i can identify, it does scare the hell out of alot of people and others around them. But yeah its true to a point that your weight regeins. But although i think its a great idea consuming raw fruit and vegetables. Shame people dont continue on the detox because although you lose weight, you dont feel in danger at all. But she didn't say he almost died. She said she became to thin.
@nextinline777 yeah three days on fruit certainly won't kill anyone... I think Durianriders' point about getting enough carbs is probably what was doing her in...man if I lived in Hawaii I would be munching the island clean. My hunch just by looking at her is that she is not exercising, thus is not moving lymph, and that is contributing to her not feeling well. I think she would benefit immensely from strength training, on a high fruit diet with cooked carbs as a starting point.
I should ask you something. Why do you think my BP is 100/55or60 my total cholesterol is 111, outside of having given myself food poisoning 3 times, lol, Ive never been sick once in my life. Honest to G-d. Not Once. I had 1 chicken Pock a child. Ive been a vegetarian/vegan whatever people want to call it, for 30 years. Im tested ALL the time. Im Always iron deficient, and have never once been B-12 deficient. Not once. Why? I DO drink chocolate milk and take vitamins though. Why am I so healthy?
@robduncan2000 I am absolutely healthy too after 17 years vegetarian and 1 year vegan. No any problem, but a lot of energy and good health. You are right: b12 is not a problem, I buy food fortified with it. Simple.
BTW how did you know your problems were definitely caused by the lack of animal products in your diet? Where you shown any scientific evidence by the doctors? What do you say about the fact that cutting out animal products has also been linked to massively improving health in some people like losing weight and reversing heart disease?
it is like the water and the grass in the field of goodness and the this day right way to do it but it might change if more sheeplings don't visit my blog that if you click on ads I get paid via my blog.
My old meditation teacher wanted to become a vegetarian and tried for several years but he could not do it. He became like a sleepwalking zombie. His doctor said that his blood group was not good with vegetarian diet. I think he was AB positive but not sure. I had never heard about this connection between diet and bloodgroup before.
@CognosSquare That is a myth. Everybody can be a vegetarian or a vegan, it does not depend on blood group. Ask a good veg doctor and he-she will tell you the same.
@nightgathering its a "myth" that is 100% real? My friend did not hear about some myth. He became worse and worse on the vegetarian diet. He ate a lot. He tried a lot of vegtables, high fiber/low fiber etc. His wife is a longtime vegetarian and helped him.
Then he went to his doctor who told him about this. Going back after 6 months to his prior diet he regained his strength and acuity.
thanks for detailing your anus cleansing habits but it's curious how you poop more now than when you were a vegan. when I went veg for a while, my pooping frequency doubled because of the increased fiber intake. maybe your body is more suited for a omni diet than a vegie.
Hi! Thanks for answering my question! I enjoyed your answers... You may be interested in the recent "Loren Cordain - Origins and Evolution of the Western Diet: Health Implications for the 21st Century" lecture here on youtube. Cheers and best wishes!
free range? Just google "free range cruelty to animals" Why are you professing to have been vegan? Real vegans do it for the animals.

@anarchore Again, I do agree with you. She is spreading a wrong word, and making people think veganism is dangerous, which is a extreme lie.
