Yes there is, especially if you are used to fighting with 2 lightsabers, you have to make sure you don't cut yourself, so those extra 2 lightsabers can give you trouble. One more thing, Grievous was used to have a psychological advantage against the Jedi in every confrontation. Dooku told him if he doesn't have that advantage he should retreat.
