BC Its alot better to hit a 18-18-18-26

than a 15-15-15-31.

Think mathematics, It doesn't matter most of the time if they have 26+ hp. you won't try to k0 them. So range prayer is all that matters. if you hit a 18-31 (by the mere luck of the gods) and you K0 Someone, thats Lucky buddy.
