this footage was taken from a windsurfing movie called "Hot"

The windsurfers were Robby Naish, Mark Angulo, Mike Waltze, Dave Kalama, and a whole bunch of others. It was narrated by some french dude and was hilarious.

It inspired me to go to Maui for 3 months. That was in 1989.

I don't know where this lame commentary came from though
