@lifeform106 Well, its not that the sauropods had anything against a young allosaur as of that time, but later it could grow into a killer and possibly kill baby sauropods. just like any herbivore, when it notices carnivores at vulnerability, it takes full advantage and wants to kill it.
It's definitely not the same level as films like Jurassic Park, but dinosaur CGI has improved a lot for tv, just seeing this and comparing it to Walking With Dinosaurs which was released in 1999 just makes me excited
@1yvette1991 Well it doesn't actually kill him, it just brakes his lower jaw. Plus Dinheirosaurus was a Dplodocid, which had long whip like tails that could break the speed of sound when they swung them.
When I saw this guy get hit and his mother abandoning him it made me want to cry and I'm a man! But he learned from his mistakes more then once in this Dinosaur Revolution segment and by the end I was happy for the little guy can't wait to see whats in store for next week! I'll just have to wait.... and wait....
I cried when he made that little noise after he got whipped. I feel so bad...I want to give him a hug. I wish his mother didn't abandon him, but you know...it's just nature...cruel,cruel nature...but, at least he lived.
@gojira1100 Thank goodness! I'm in the UK and it hasn't aired yet here so I don't know what happens other than the clips, but he's one of my favourites from the show anyway!
@DAYSandMONTHS There must be evidence that such an animal survived; I have seen evidence at Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkley that an Albertosaurus suffered a compound fracture of it's femur but it survived, the injury healed & the dinosaur continued to live for several more years.
Daiiim that skull can bounce.

@clubpenguindino True, even when a dinosaur's jaw gets broken he lives and heals for weeks, months, even years to recover the terrible broken bone.

@DAYSandMONTHS He has his momma to bring him food, he won't starve :3
I think the bones heal, but he develops an underbite because of that, he can still hunt, he just has an elongated lower jaw is all.
