That's because only a select few signed on to play in all 3 movies (the ones who played Conway, Fulton, Goldberg, Guy, Banks, and Connie, and Averman). However, there were 3 players in the first Mighty Ducks that weren't part of the original team when Bombay first met them. Fulton was found shooting pucks in an alley, and there were 2 others he found on an ice skating rink.
@Rawk4Life Also, don't forget Banks was not part of the original team either. In the first movie he was initially a Hawk but Bombay discovered that because of where he lived, by league rules he was suppose to be playing for Bombay and district 5. So Banks came to play for the Ducks and intiailly some were skeptical of where his loyalties lied but he proved himself to be a true Duck
