The middle face is built on a 6'x6' pvc frame.. the smaller faces are 4'x4' framed.. chicken wire on the frames, and 7 segments of rope light, 2 for the eyes, 5 for the mouth (vowels), controler by 16 channel Light-O-Rama controller.

@Jeff, thanks 'mate it was a lot of fun doing this, once you get the hang of how sync'ing goes, it starts to roll right along.

Jerry, the 5 mouth segements are pretty much just vowel sounds . You go thru the song, matching the mouth shapes to the lyrics.. takes abt an hour per minute of music getting the proper vowel shape clicking on which ropelight segment to light. In Thriller and Ghostbusters, the laff was the most fun to do..

How difficult is it to sequence the lip sync?

I wanted to give this a try but since I start setting up Christmas today not sure I'd have time to do both.
