A bidet is intended to be a separate part from the "John".
It has to have a dedicated towel and some soap to lather with of course, the waterjet alone doesnt make any sense at all.
The two things in one are awfully gross
You are supposed to use it after taking a dump, or whenever you want to fell fresher down there , you can occasionally wash your feet inside or even smaller clothing , t-shirts , socks, etc
Toilet seat bidets may not be as effective as the real thing but are still more effective than toilet paper. Besides, not everyone has the space or money for a real bidet.
However, washing your feet and t-shirts in the same bidet where you wash the shit off your ass? Now *that* is what I would awfully gross.
At least it didn't have the feminine product replacer and inserter
