obviously he has his faculties about him as he puts on a costume, the suit and shopping bag. i think that everyone who walks by him must be crazy as here is this, lets call him a person, walks by and he, as you say comes by every wednesday yelling for hours on end and noone bothers to stop and listen to what he has to say. maybe he is on to something. i think i heard him yell something about syria but not sure.

@SpacemenFromSpace Wouldn't call him crazy, but commited to what ever he is doing, haha I thought so at first, but he was to busy yelling to notice my ipod with headphones facing him. Yeah haha I mean who wouldn't if they heard a man randomly yelling haha.
