@buttercremehonda I've heard Bill Mercer make even worse mistakes. He called a simple headlock a neckbreaker. He almost always called a flying bodypress a "bodyslam". Didn't mind it at first, but the more you watched WCCW the more you disliked having to listen to him.
Bill Mercer was absolutely worthless. He always pronounced Kamala as "Kimala" and I swear to you once he called Kamala a Native American on TV.
