Rule of Rose: Good End (pt. 1)

Everything that happened in this game is Jennifer reliving her past. Which means some things might've been incorrectly remembered. I do believe that Brown was killed, and that Stray Dog did shoot himself.

Everything in this game is her remembering her past. The imps are actually her fears as a child coming back to her, and the bosses were her coming to grips with those parts of her past.

@pelepone It is still just Jennifer's imagination - even the Stray Dog's death was simply reliving the past. Brown appears for a final time to lead Jennifer out from her hellish past, and back to reality.

no one is named rose. the game is called rule fo rose because that was the game they played or what they called there little group. assume they named it rose because of the rose garden.

The Rule of Rose is the name of the Oath the Red Crayon Aristocracy lived by. The red Rose princess/Wendy controlled the children. She told them that Brown was a demon who would eat them all and Jennifer controlled it. This is obviously not true. After Brown was killed, Jennifer attacked Wendy and distraught, Wendy brought Gregory to the Orphanage, who killed the rest of the children....

giving the gun to gregor and let him kill himself instead of you killing him which result in bad ending

I want this game so badly... people have said a lot of bad things about it, but I don't care. The story of the game is just beautiful... This whole game is beautiful.

hm well I have reviewed this over and over again and I pretty much get this game but...doesn't the ending sort of piss you off. not that everyones gone and jen makes it out with brown but...like the whole original "yay"! run off into the light thing and then yeah...well there is still that other part but this part sort of pissed me off still. lol

3 questions: in any part of the game explains why mr. Hoffman dissapears from the orphan's house? I think i miss that part. 2) Jennifer & wendy qre alive or are dead booth? i miss that part too. 3) When gregory enter in the story?. Yes Brown dies and has been dead since Jennifer was a child. Wendy killed Brown because she was jealous. She loved Jennifer, but when Jennifer didn't love her back. She also disguised herself as Joshua and brought Gregory "Stray Dog" to the orphanage, who then killed all of the children, except Jennifer because he was insane and thought she was his dead son Joshua.

This whole episode in her life severely traumatized Jennifer and from the tone set by this story she is near suicidal and haunted emotionally by these ghosts of the past. The good ending where Wendy is left at the gate and Brown in the shed, is Jennifer understanding that she has to move on with her life and rember her friends for the fond memories so that they will not be forgotten. She realized she can't join them in a love suicide.

It is implied that the events in Rule of Rose are a dream and that Jennifer has blocked out all of her memories of her childhood prior to this dream. She is a sad lonely 19 year old girl and this is her regaining her memory and coming to terms with them.

So in the song "A Love Suicide", that's Jennifer's way of telling us and Wendy that she can't be with her (Wendy) and must move on with her life?? Or is the song sung from Wendy's perspective to Jennifer??

Hit stray dog repeatedly until he stops moving and mumbles something, go near him and use the gun (do not equip it) you will know you did it right because this scene will automatically occur.

That's what I never get about Rule of Rose. The bad choices seem to be the best ones. I mean, how "good" can it be to give a loaded gun to a crazed suicidal psycho? =/

easy, the gun that you have got, give it to the old man. Don't equip the gun, but use it. Do it when he not attack Jennifer.

Don't kill him if you want to get the good ending.
