I know how this is done, if you have any knowledge of hudini, you would know the bottom of the casket is not secure. as it enters the "gag" chipper Criss comes out of the bottom of the casket and crawls on the other side, he then goes to the front of the Chipper through a hatch and climbs in. All this is timed correctly along with fake blood and chips of cedar to make the illusion :)

ok there is a mirror behind the table that is pulling the coffin (which is why no one goes behind it). there is a trap door in the coffin. he makes it look like he is struggling to create tension. so soon as he escapes he goes out of the trap door behind the mirror. then sneaks inside the chipper somehow. now everyone stop making this trick more complicated than it needs to be. magic tricks are usually easier than they appear to be.
