As a citizen of Slovak republic, I'm proud of one particular party in our government, that has the balls to shout "The Emperor is wearing no clothes", at least one. I'm proud of their "NO" vote to ESFS, but also sad, because rest of the parties was so frightened of wrath from Brusel, they put down the whole government due to this voting. And whats even worse, next week, rest of the parties + opposition party wants to vote again, because Brusel send note to vote again and this time, vote 'yes'.
This is the first time I'M PROUD to be Slovakian. We didn't get scared of EU and we said NO to ESFS. I know, we will have to get the "right" answer, but this is very important step for us. Our goverment is falling down, but we know there's at least one decent political party we can bet on.

Richard Sulik just got outvoted as a chair of the Slovakian parliament with the help of the opposition parties. But nevermind,he was so far a newcomer in the parliament with very little experience, now he knows better with what kind of people he is dealing with. New elections will be in March 2012 and trust me, that's gonna be a landslide win for Sulik. The Slovaks have had enough of those treacherous politicians. As a citizen of Slovak republic, I'm proud of one particular party in our government, that has the balls to shout "The Emperor is wearing no clothes", at least one. I'm proud of their "NO" vote to ESFS, but also sad, because rest of the parties was so frightened of wrath from Brusel, they put down the whole government due to this voting. And whats even worse, next week, rest of the parties + opposition party wants to vote again, because Brusel send note to vote again and this time, vote 'yes'.

I speak to people all the time,in the local pubs, on the street, at the bus stops, through the internet,and over hear them talking about their workplaces and passing opinions.There is no faith in any of the political class, no sense of connection or influence, complete distrust; and an absolute feeling of being stolen from regarding rights and money.The issue is wide and I hear the remonstrations of the disempowered day on day whereas all you,especially at EU level are nothing but old waxworks.
