@thepreme123 The stock turbo is sized small to minimize lag. The downside is that it doesn't breathe as well up top.

@thepreme123 because the impreza has low end torque so if you shift up earlier you can take more advantage of the torque band (torque could be defined as engine response, in other words, acceleration, hp is more like "speed" not "acceleration"
