I just lost my father last week and this tribute reminded me of him in many ways, he always had some sort of boat in which he could be on the Great Lakes!! and I was always with him. he is sailing the seas of heaven free from pain and suffering!! Michael, yes, we went sailing through Holland and Belgium, and had to sail with cargo, so we went to several harbours too. We worked great together, and I also learned to sail with the ship. It was a very great time. You see, the ship carried my name.
He tought me to sail when I was 11, and driving a car, when I was 9 ! He trusted me in that... I won't tell the police, hihi!
hello mah LADY WITH A GOLDEN HEART..this made missed my father..he died in 1997 the fourth months i just came here ..so never see him naymore then (never allowed to go for his wake)just seen his remains when i transfer his bone with my mom's tomb last march of 2007..(what i saw him was bones..i sobs together the thought of knowing i am parentless..BUT I WILL SURVIVE..(mom's passed away 17 months ago..)

So there he also died. But all the time he wanted to hear my music, and so he really died, singing with my music!
Again, you are a great daughter! I just went to a funeral last night, my friend died of brain cancer at age of 37. So our fathers outlived many, 500 stars.

It was very special to work with him on the ship for some months!

Thank you so very much, dear Olive Marie! He sang all the time when he was so ill. He wanted his bed in the room where the organ was, and I had recordered a lot of known songs, and everybody who visited him, also had to sing with him. I have great memories in this! Roeleke

Michael, yes, we went sailing through Holland and Belgium, and had to sail with cargo, so we went to several harbours too. We worked great together, and I also learned to sail with the ship. It was a very great time. You see, the ship carried my name.
He tought me to sail when I was 11, and driving a car, when I was 9 ! He trusted me in that... I won't tell the police, hihi!

hello mah LADY WITH A GOLDEN HEART..this made missed my father..he died in 1997 the fourth months i just came here ..so never see him naymore then (never allowed to go for his wake)just seen his remains when i transfer his bone with my mom's tomb last march of 2007..(what i saw him was bones..i sobs together the thought of knowing i am parentless..BUT I WILL SURVIVE..(mom's passed away 17 months ago..)
all i have was a happy memories with them,pictures,voice tapes and videos of my mom

Oh, how sad, my dear Jerome, so you could not go to his wake. Did you see him in 2007? That seems so strange and terrible to me.
I am also very sorry that you Mom is not here anymore.
I think that feels very lonely! The people who are your roots, and these are gone. I must not think of it! So glad you have good memories and pictures etc.!!!

Thank you my dear friend, yes, my Father was one of a kind! He loved singing so much. You know I recordered a lot of music for him for his organ, and he wanted to be in that room with the organ. So there he also died. But all the time he wanted to hear my music, and so he really died, singing with my music!

Again, you are a great daughter! I just went to a funeral last night, my friend died of brain cancer at age of 37. So our fathers outlived many, 500 stars.

Dank je wel, lieve Lugit. Ik had een bijzondere vader! Ik heb zelfs met hem gevaren, 3 maanden! Dat was een prachtige belevenis! Toen ik dit lied tegenkwam, wist ik dat dit voor hem moest worden!

I fortunately had time to share with my Dad, I even was with him on the ship for 3 months, and we made a lot of music together. When he was ill he always wanted to sing with us! He died while my music was playing, and he was still singing!
