After watching this video and reading the info regarding, "The original formula is believed to have its roots from the native Canadian Ojibway Indians". I think what this woman did was amazing, however, I don't understand why the original, actual creators of it are not getting any recognition? I think that's wrong. ( I also live in Northern Ontario where this concoction originated).

I am friends with someone who's uncle is a natural healer (and Ojibway) . They've been doing this for years!

I began taking Essiac tea (with the sheep sorrel root, VERY IMPORTANT!) a month ago. I make it myself. All of my tumors have shrunk and I feel great. I am stage 4, the tumors are all over my upper body and even on my head. One is on my trigeminal nurve, causing convulsions on the left side of my face. My face had been convulsing for 6 weeks non stop, when I found and started taking Essiac. Within one week of taking it, my face stopped convulsing. Cancer processes sugar not oxygen NO SUGAR!

B17 attacks the cancer cell directly, and is most effective when the cell wall is weakened ( B17 is most effective when used in conjunction with supplement pancreatic enzymes ) I suspect Essiac and B17 used together would create the perfect storm against cancer. Making it no more of a threat than the common cold. Then poor old rockefeller would just have to bleed us dry through global carbon tax.

Follow up on my last comment. My mother's neck tumors have disappeared, however she has new swollen lymph nodes in other places. My mother refuses chemo, so we stay with the tea. I hope the Essiac takes care of the situation. We are optimistic.

My mother was just diagnosed with lymphoma. She also had very bad skin condition on her face for a couple of years now. This skin condition was thought to be cancer or precancerous lesions. They were all over her nose and face. We will never know what these lesions were because I started her on essiac tea and within two weeks all of the lesions disappeared with fresh new healthy skin underneath.  Now she is on full strenght essiac and we are waiting to see what happens. She is 88.

My mother was examined today by the doctor who removed one of her lymph nodes for testing two weeks ago. There was a 1 1/2" incision made. The doctor and my wife stood there and couldn't find the incision location. No kidding. The doctor is baffled. He could easily find a previous incision location when she had a biopsy done 25 years ago, but not this one. The Essiac is doing wonders and allowing her to remarkably heal. We are still waiting to see what happens with the lymphoma.

@scardino1958 - I bought Tea from netnutri.com, liquid formula. Followed directions with a severe diet change. Then she began hemp oil (not hemp seed oil). After a month we had dramatic improvement. Her visable tumors shrank... and her cat scan didn't come out for some reason. The doctors did another and admitted her lmyph nodes were all shrinking for some reason. She passed away several months later, not from cancer, from a virus. She just couldn't fight it with her immune system so low

By 2009 Cancer treatment will become an annual $70 Billion dollar business. Is it any wonder why the drug companies and FDA don't want people to know it can be treated and cured with naturopathically? The same goes with Vitamin B-17 or the Hoxsey Treatment.  Anything that could bring down this business will be nipped in the budd just like they have done in the past.

It definitely does! Rene wrestled with the authorities for 50 years! I don't think there could be another Rene "Nightingale" again. The wrangling between Orthodox and Alternative Treatments has to stop. But I don't know if it will. There is just too much at stake.
