This "Chief" is an embarrasement to his uniform. How many times is he going to stand in front of media defending his officers when they are CLEARLY and too frequently using excessive force. This latest display with that bald seagrent kicking two men on the ground after a bar fight, is the icing on the cake. Instead of firing that bastard, he blames Victoria for having a drinking problem. What a loser. I'm sure he's convinced in his head that he's doing a good job. He needs to resign. He sucks.

You are so right. This guy needs to get out. He probably sits in his office and falls asleep! Because he sure doesn't know how to take control of his out of control department. Talk about being oblivious to his duties. And he's worried about emails sent to him more then what those officers have done. He's worried about a sax player? But it's ok for a cop under his command to knee someone in the kidneys or kick them when their already down. Not to mention the sgt under investigation

Another thing is how he likes to boss off duty officers around such as Constable David Bratzer from speaking publicly on his own time about prohibition. This guy has lost touch with reality, is lost in his own little world and likes to profile people! Do us a favor and retire or resign. You're a disgrace to the badge,uniform and title!!
