I am going to continue watching the other parts of this video to hear you...because I do believe that if the devil is going to capture or blind the world, it is going to be via the music industry no matter the genre. @RINGOTVHD Nevertheless, I do believe, that when you are faithful to God, and He blesses you, people from the outside just see the blessing but they don't know the struggle you went through, and the prayers you prayed nor the nights, days or wat eva you cried, they don't know how far God has brought you, simply put, they don't know your testimony...they just see the end product. But you, yourself, know where you came from and how awesome God has been to you...TBC

That's the thing, your Christian walk is a daily walk of growth, it is with you and God! a personal and intimate relationship filled with Worship and adoration for the Almighty God and Him alone. So your life should be an example, not just your talk...people should be blessed by the way you live, and God should get the glory from your life.

@RINGOTVHD So when they do see you, for example, someone who looks up to (but you didn't know) may have seen where God brought you from, adn because of that, surrender their life to Him, because they too want to experience the awesomeness of the God you serve. to taste the salvation of Jesus Christ. I have listened to this, but still haven't heard anything substantive that would have me agree with you. Breaking down this song line by line only works if you consider the song as a whole as well. I can present an argument taking portions of the Bible out of context that would "appear" to promote an anti-Christian perspective. That's called eisegesis, and you should definitely know better.

I think it's a straight R&B track... the first lyric you critque is not about them but a man they're checking out... "You're so fly and high"!!!! Dudes gots looks and is buzzed and they're drawn in by the "groupie" type love he gets... he hustles but is "cool" about it so he "wins all the time".... He's even controling his hood "Everywhere you go MAN you get alot of shine"... I don't have to explain dat one @_@... I'm in music, I know sometings too...

that doesnt make sense juniorrhinox, cuz they continue on and say "everything you wear people say they gotta have it, from the sweat suit to the white tee to the gucci" unless a guy wears gucci how could they be refering to a guy and not themselves and then right after that they say "you can probably say people wana get like me" so there is no way they can be refering to somebody else

oh i didnt know they made stuff 4 males by gucci,thats something new to me,but thruout the whole song they R talkin about themselves,on the chorus they say u think im so fresh, u think im so clean,2 me this is associated with the way they dress as 2 say they dress fresh,they dress clean,as 2 what they wear which what they already described as sweat, white t, gucci so i dont see this as talkin of a guy,in the song they just talk of themselves so i doubt they refer 2 a guy in any part of the song

nah i still disagree,it doesnt make sense to me that they would talk about a guy in the 1st few verses in such an unclear manner that it seems that they R talking of themseves & then throughout the whole song all they do is talk about themselves even when they say "it's the God in "ME". But u may be right, i just dont think their talking about a guy they like or their with or whatever anywhere in the song. So i guess we agree 2 disagree but i'm pretty sure the song isnt about them getting a guy

dont' argue the "hook", you'll keep proving my point... in the hood most dudes refer to themselves as "God" to one another... "God is in 'ME'" ... they have their man and he is in her... so the hook HAS, to be about them... a song is kinda like a story, beyonce said to the left in her hook, why... because at the top of the song she's tellin you what hapened and the main reaction is to the left... at the top of the song they notice a heavy baller and make their move,BY THE FIRST VERSE s-e-x ; )

haha okay u clearly really really think this song is about a guy lol its kool everyone has their own interpretation of things,i still interpret it as it being about themselves & i dont know where you got that the people in the hood refer to themselves as "God". I come from south central and I lived in l.a. my whole life and never heard of that, I learned that there is only one God and i would never refer 2 any1 else as God. but like i said we agree 2 disagree, nice talking 2 u and God bless :)
