  • i love this im so glad that phili d talked made a youtube 4 u. im not trying to lose weight, but to gain muscle for volleyball. gave me a good work out, and im like 15 :)

  • I only got through half of this video before I felt like I was made of rubber and had no bones :X But I haven't felt that much physical exertion in a while. Doing this 2-3 times a week :3 will probably help me get back into shape. (I have good eating habits just need to get in exercise :D)

  • Your vids are awesome. I just quit gymnastics for which i trained 20 hours a week and now im trying to stay in shape. your workouts are really helpful and motivating.

  • OMFG. i did this, went to bed for like 6 hours, woke up, and now my abs are KILLING me. it hurts to walk!! this circuit is great, i'm going to use it again when i'm not in so much pain, ahah.

  • I'm pretty sure like 80 percent of us need our lower abdominal and obliques worked on. I'd appreciate a workout that hits those areas hard to burn off that last bit of a spare tire I have left. Love the videos. BOOM!

  • You should have a list of the exercises you talked about so we can write them down since we wont be able to take the computer with us each time we work out.

  • I love your videos! I'm a university student and its so much easier to be able to work out in my room, since I don't always have time to go to the gym. I love being able to pull up youtube and do your workouts and then go ahead with the rest of my day instead of trying to figure out when I can workout. But I guess I'm just weird cos' most of my friends always go to KFC 'n' stuff... But you know, being a teenager doesn't mean you need to eat fatty stuff. But I understand you, damn are them subway sandwiches goooood....

    I'm 17 also, and I don't usually go to fast food places at all. I just eat all the time. But at the same time, I can eat an entire house and not put on a single pound. So, you know, make the most of this while I can because food is bloody delicous :3

  • @Shreddamonmon Don't eat anything from a box. When you think you're hungry, go drink water instead because most of the time you're not really hungry (don't starve yourself if you actually ARE hungry). Honestly, vegetables and beans are the best. Try making tortillas using low carb/low fat tortillas, salsa, blackeyed peas/ kidney beans, and frozen mixed vegetables. It's a lot better than it sounds, low calorie, and good for you :D

  • @HAXzorzFTW123 Also to expand on this is to eat regular meals multiple times a day. Not snacking on something all day, but eat four or five meals per day, usually Breakfast, fruit/sandwich, lunch, fruit/sandwich, dinner, and then a a fruit/sandwich again if you have to before you go to bed. Not only are fruits healthy for you, they actually taste just like candy without the unhealthy sugars and tons of calories.
