I only got through half of this video before I felt like I was made of rubber and had no bones :X But I haven't felt that much physical exertion in a while. Doing this 2-3 times a week :3 will probably help me get back into shape. (I have good eating habits just need to get in exercise :D)

I love your videos! I'm a university student and its so much easier to be able to work out in my room, since I don't always have time to go to the gym. I love being able to pull up youtube and do your workouts and then go ahead with the rest of my day instead of trying to figure out when I can workout. Really great vids, but like Shreddamonmon, I'm a teen guy that has bad eating habbits, also being at university I don't have much to spend, so a vid on affordable diets would be awesome.
I really love these videos, having joined a gym just a few months before Phil. I stopped going because life got busier, but these videos give me a set workout to do, and I appreciate it so much. I've started doing more workouts and plan on continuing. Keep putting out the awesome videos, David. :D

@DavidsFitness You must be purchasing a video marketing service, there is no way you should have a quarter-million hits in less that 4 weeks and 44,000 + subscribers.
I would come back to watch this video every day if you did the full reps for the allotted time. Like a work out video you exercise to. These 'how to' vids are cool, but what youtube needs is a channel to come back to everyday while we work out.
is this really effective? what if you are doing this right everyday but your diet is not a match for your exercise. i think your body will still have those fats.

But I understand you, damn are them subway sandwiches goooood....

@Shreddamonmon Don't eat anything from a box. When you think you're hungry, go drink water instead because most of the time you're not really hungry (don't starve yourself if you actually ARE hungry). Honestly, vegetables and beans are the best. Try making tortillas using low carb/low fat tortillas, salsa, blackeyed peas/ kidney beans, and frozen mixed vegetables. It's a lot better than it sounds, low calorie, and good for you :D
@HAXzorzFTW123 Also to expand on this is to eat regular meals multiple times a day. Not snacking on something all day, but eat four or five meals per day, usually Breakfast, fruit/sandwich, lunch, fruit/sandwich, dinner, and then a a fruit/sandwich again if you have to before you go to bed. Not only are fruits healthy for you, they actually taste just like candy without the unhealthy sugars and tons of calories.
Question for a trainer : Can I be Healthy and in good shape Even if im addcited to cigarettes ? Its for sure messing up my cardio, but can I have a good cardio anyway ? I mean without quiting... Im not ready for that yet... Whats your thoughts about this ?
