This is an inaccurate representation of the BF3 "tactical" lights. They don't shine like that. The effect should white the whole screen once they turned it on.
@g1sixshot I tried to balance it out so you could still see what was going on while still trying to fill the screen as much as possible. I suppose I could have increased the size more on some of the shots.
