The two metal giants iron maiden and judas priest both have an amazing lead singer who quit the band to start a solo project, and while their temporary replacement was a good singer, the albums weren't very popular. however, those temp singers went on to both have amazing solo careers
i think Iron Maiden could have done a lot better then this guy, i mean i get his voice is realy good. but come on? Iron Maiden could have gotten Eric Adams, or Geoff Tate, or Timo Kotipelto
@TrueIronMaidenFan Eric would do better than Kiske for sure, Geoff sounds a lot like Kiske to me (might just be my ears) and Timo is great too but I'd take Kiske over him any day. But that's an just opinion.
@agentcamo I never said I did not like his Maiden stuff, and since I made the comment I have grown more used to his voice and really like it. When I made the comment I had not listened to his Maiden songs very much. His voice is very good, and He is the second best singer in my opinion after Bruce.
Im sorry.I think his voice is more for opera crap or some rock.NOT metal.He sounds too "fat" for metal.lol
