  • With Vocals like this...who needs music!!!

  • i like the singing but i dont like the sucking air after each time she sings a few words.if she didnt do that it would be so much better, but its nice none the less.

  • praise God for these voices in harmony

  • wow i live in the uk and i love it how you are so patriotic. in england it is frowned upon by many and you are made to feel bad about loving your country. somewhat racist is how it is put. bullshit and i am glad we are in bed with with you lot and not dopey lilley livered europe . nuff respect to usa ,.

  • Someone should FORCE all of the Czars and the President to watch this. The people of this Nation deserve leaders who feel what we feel when we hear and see true patriotism like this. Do these modern progressives/Democrats even know that Americans take this serious?

  • best "Star Spangled Banner" i'd ever heard

  • this still gives me chills! everytime.

  • I know that I have heard it sung very well and in many styles, but never so beautiful as this. God bless America.

  • So powerful!

  • i served in united states air force LT COL B

  • awsome

  • Just came over from the Dixie Chick's national anthem... It is so refreshing to see that I have finally found a version where true love for this Nation can be delivered in song, in a convincing way. Thank You, so much! I watch it very often.

  • Until today most of yo would have gone your entire lives without knowing that 'The Star Spangled Banner is 4 verses.'. During the Civil War Oliver Wendell Holmes added a 5th verse but it is not today considered 'canonical'.

  • The 2 greates songs on the planet, "O Canada" and a close 2nd, "The Star Spangled Banner", when BOTH are sung correctly, but, I prefer hearing them on a pipe organ!! GO LEAFS!!

  • This is the best version ever.

  • After viewing it 30 times in the last three months, it seemed appropriate to comment near SGT H of the US Army.

    Thank You!

  • Best version I have ever enjoyed listening to. The harmonies are so well blended and balanced. Really uplifts my heart......

    Thank you.

  • do u think there better then the martins?

  • I am proud to serve the people of the United States!

    SGT H.

    US Army

  • I'm proud that you do serve us, thank you!!!!

  • God Bless you my friend!

  • Thank you so much! I pray God's protection and strength for you!

  • @jh2586 Thank you for your service to our country! I truly appreciate all that you all do for us and our freedom. Freedom certainly is NOT free.

In loving memory of my dear cousin, Sgt. Patrick Oliver Williamson

Who lost his life in Afghanistan, fighting the good fight.

  • @jh2586 Thank you for your service

  • I sat mesmerized during the whole video and At the end - all I could do was say WOW!

  • Man this family is GREAT!!

  • that is some good singing, the spangled banner never sounded so good, Proud the be an American, only our national anthem could do that.

  • if that doesn't bring a tear to your eye something is wrong.

  • The Issacs have the Holy Spirit in every song they sing. It sounds like what i imagine heaven would sound like. They literally bring tears to my eyes. God bless them

  • The beauty of their sound touches me so deeply that I feel the heavens open up whenever I hear them sing. The Isaacs are truly angels among us. Many blessings to this family for sharing their gift of music with us all.

  • best star spangled banner ever!

  • Beautiful! What a talent, and how so well applied too.

  • Awsome.

  • chills at :48

  • WOAH

  • Goose Bumps is right.. holy cow

  • "GOOSE BUMPS" all around they hit every note just like it should be hit. Should have more groups sing our national anthem like the Isaacs sing it instead of all the ad libs and other stuff. Even a barbershop group doesn't sing it like the Isaacs do. "ROCK ON" keep on singing with your hearts. GOD BLESS!!!!!!

  • I am glad to find a clip of this. I saw the Isaacs do this at the Bluegrass Festival in Bean Blossom, IN a couple of years ago. Those who were with me agreed, this is the best version of the National Anthem we have ever heard. They sing it as a praise song. Isn't that the way it should be rendered?

  • they make the words hit home

  • Beautiful! ^_^ This is definitely my favorite version of the song.

  • Awesome! Gives me the 'chill' bumps everytime I hear it and the tears just fall!! How proud the Isaacs' parents must be. Beautiful harmony.....none better!!!!!

  • The mother sings with the Isaacs. She is Jewish. Her parents were in concentration camps and after being released came to America. She sang folk music and did not even know what bluegrass was until she met the father of the kids after they were married sometime he left her for another woman. But her and the kids carried on and kept singing and now look at them. Her testimony is a VERY powerful testimony, just like their singing.

  • Beautiful rendition. Thanks for posting this. The Isaacs will be in Texas on November 9th!

  • WOW Very very good,! great job, intense very choral, they sure know when to slow down and emphasise their subtle harmonies. nice

  • they're great but i think they would really be complete if they had a bass

  • A great job. They were true to the original and still were able to add their style. They did not try to be more important than the song like so many singers do.

  • Anyone know if this arrangement is available anywhere? It wouldn't be hard to pick the parts out by ear but I'd like to get music if possible. :)

  • that was fantastic!i have tears

  • the best acapella version around.

  • Family harmonies are a gift from God and the Isaacs are keepers of this gift. Very moving.

  • happy memorial day !!! GRILLIN TIME!!!

  • That was QUITE excellent.

  • 1 of the best ive heard ever praise god

  • Hey this is stephen good anthem recording but snowy background please revise

  • all my tapes turn out that way, i dont know why. i think maybe it's my TV or the tape or something, hmm. oh well, it's still watchable

  • It don't get any better than that.

  • Awesome, simply awesome!

  • That was new.

    Pretty cool too.

  • Simply amazing

  • Another fantastic rendition of another fantastic song, sung by the Isaacs.... They do such a great job every time they sing! Praise the Lord!
