u can use teh sky flyer to hit him in mid air, then the super hoop to chase him quick enough to hit him

even better tactique is to wait at a corner til specter flies in your way and then kaboom! you hit him with the box glove thing.
it's more powerful and if u do it 3 times or something the chair is broken. then one more time on specter to beat him. my record: 1:29
