No fat does not turn into muscle. But extra energy recources (FAT) are readily avalable when working out which will cause you to gain muscle easier than a naturally skinny person......WE DON'T NEED MASS BUILDER SHAKES we got our natural mass builder built in!

Also I have a question, are you allowed to drink beer/liquor with this? i have a feeling i already know the answer, but i am 22 years old and I know i wont be able to put down the beer. I just wanted to ask you about the nutrition because i dont have time to eat what the nutrition guide tells me to so, what kind of foods are you eating? I try to eat fish, chicken and a lot of protein, what kind of foods should i be eating in order to cut some fat off i would like to lose about 20 lbs by my 90th day so if u could give me some tips.

George, Unfortunately I did not finish P90X as strong as I would have liked. I have since finished Slim in 6 and am now doing a Hyrbid of P90X and Slim in 6. I plan on posting another video at 30 days, so stay tuned and thanks for watching.
