  • No fat does not turn into muscle. But extra energy recources (FAT) are readily avalable when working out which will cause you to gain muscle easier than a naturally skinny person......WE DON'T NEED MASS BUILDER SHAKES we got our natural mass builder built in!

  • Wow, simply amazing! You are doing great! I am startin my P90X on Monday. It's a rough journey, but im sure it pays off. I bet you feel better about yourself as well. Also I have a question, are you allowed to drink beer/liquor with this? i have a feeling i already know the answer, but i am 22 years old and I know i wont be able to put down the beer. But i do plan on cutting back to about a 12 pack a week if that. But once again. Congrats, and best of luck to you on your journey.

  • When I was doing P90X I only did P90X. I am now currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme. I plan on posting a video when I hit the 30 day mark. I am currently on Week 3.

  • Very nice man! I just finished my 1st week and im half way into my 2nd week, I must say that i am already seeing some changes but nothing big yet. I just wanted to ask you about the nutrition because i dont have time to eat what the nutrition guide tells me to so, what kind of foods are you eating? I try to eat fish, chicken and a lot of protein, what kind of foods should i be eating in order to cut some fat off i would like to lose about 20 lbs by my 90th day so if u could give me some tips.

  • Thanks for the words of advice. I haven't gievn up, I've moved onto another program. I am now doing 10 Minute Trainer. I'll be posting a video of my 30 day progress on or around 2/2/2009, so stay tuned. The best is yet to come.

  • George, Unfortunately I did not finish P90X as strong as I would have liked. I have since finished Slim in 6 and am now doing a Hyrbid of P90X and Slim in 6. I plan on posting another video at 30 days, so stay tuned and thanks for watching.
