oh derek was definitely jealous. but he and mer have come so far in their relationship he knows nothing's going down which is why he shut the door. i love that he shut the door. what a funny, awkward moment. and i'm so excited that izzie sent the papers!! now we and alex can move on. i'm so excited for the show. way to go greys!! :)

Derek definetly seems bother with Meredith talking to Alex in the bathroom. Especially with the comment. "You want me to send him up here in the bathroom since this is where you seem to receive all your visitor" what up with that?

Alex and Meredith treat each other like brother and sister. I totally do that with my brother walking in on him and ask for advice. I think Derek looked a little taken aback, then Meredith clarify. "He is being a girl for me". LoL

@AI3inlove Shonda Rhimes said that bringing new people on the show would make the show last for many more years. Ellen and most everyone is contracted till the end of season 8. And from what I've heard she isn't sure if she is going to renew her contract. So they need new people to make more story lines. I myself like new people. Expectly Arizona and I'm beginning to like Teddy. Now Owen is another story. I don't like him so much. LOL!!!
