  • He should've brought a can of Raid Cockroach Killer with him.

  • He was run out of Congress because he was critical of AIPAC and Israel.

  • He was a good Congressman for a Democrat, should of been a Republican. His own party screwed him.

  • At 4:45... what a BADASS!!!

  • OMG! What is that on his HEAD?!?!?!?

  • "I'm ready to go to jail..." that makes me cry

  • ASS WOOPIN FROM HELL IF SHIT DOESNT GET CORRETED WITH THESE LIES ON VACCINATIONS!

  • I like this Democrat. We need more like him.

  • Someone who doesn't care anymore, Or never has....they might fail and do the wrong things. the might cross the line for any reason right or wrong but you take a man who has lost everything and got it back and you have an entirely different animal than the people they are creating by putting everyone on paper, criminalizing everything, running people down until they have nothing left to live for...

There is something wrong when lawful men are treated as criminals and live in a world behind bars

  • God bless America and God damn anyone working against liberty and justice

  • I was a messed up youth, not a kid I got caught when I was 19...

I fessed up, did my time and they restored my rights.

I am the same legally as I was before I got in trouble Homo Liber, a free and lawful man.

  • I don't "have a really good lawyer"...I'm not getting away with anything...

    It's the law

I looked it up, and asked if it was true and it is and went through all the legal process with 100% true and honest information on the applications so I wouldn't be doing anything illegal in applying.

I've been fully checked by Canada with full background check and disclosure...they don't allow felons into the country, at all... they have had me as a guest at least 20 times

    It's the law.

  • To wrap it up, holding up an example of an ex felon in jail for weapons charges or citing states that don't abide by the law or citing legislation(laws) that contradict the law I outlined is not a valid argument against the law and the fact that I can buy and use guns, travel to Canada, and vote or run for office with a burglary and 5 year conviction on my record.

I do not currently own any firearms but I have enjoyed these rights 100% legally and openly since my release. If not, I'd be in jail

  • The government cannot remove or deprive you of your rights. Only a jury of your peers may do that.

It is lawful to deny someone the use of firearms or restrict some other right as an item of sentencing and as a condition of release but it can only be applied by the jury and on each defendant on a case by case basis. A wholesale across the board removal or infringement of rights after going through due process is unlawful by state and local laws, By natural law, and by our founding charters

  • @lostbuffalo How many fucking times u have to write their stupid fucking passwords?

Piss me the fuck off.Not on utube for an entire day & I write 1 fucking comment & they tell me to spell out some fucking indecipherable fucking letters-PISS ME THE FUCK OFF.And don't put 2 many capitals -they block them altogether. This utube SUKS.

  • The federal Gov't doesn't respect the law. The fact That You are no longer a felon after the discharge is not one law I can point to but is a foundation of the law and is everywhere in the statutes and was practiced just like I said it was from our founding up until WWII.

It became politically expedient to transgress this law to get votes. That does not make it okay or excuse it. They cannot be allowed to make up whatever laws they want to. They must abide by the law that is above the law.

  • Do you know that all the war powers acts used to exclude US Citizens from jeopardy under the acts?

They tried and tried and eventually with the right group of hoodlums in charge were able to classify American Citizens as enemies of the state under the war powers act extending all the presidential powers allowing the president to seize and control the persons and assets of enemies of the state in a "declared national emergency"...to American Citizens.

How? Americans were asleep at the wheel

  • @lostbuffalo Dude- u have way too much time on your hands. lol

  • Don't Believe me just because I say it is so...look up the laws yourself. It's all there, it's not a secret... Not the descriptions and interpretations of the law by whoever wants to make you believe the law says something else but the actual document that was passed. That's what the Court looks at, not flawed public opinion.

Believe me when I say that these rights are under attack and the laws are being changed whenever they can get into them. that's why I'm writing a law book and running

  • The very law itself in America is being degraded by fraudulent and/or misguided legislation, corruption, politics, Ignorance, and even many of the people involved having a functional but not an excellent literacy or knowledge of the law. In other words their education and intelligence isn't up to the job of maintaining liberty. None of us are... individually... which is why we have to stay together on some key principles regardless our differences because as a group we CAN get it right

  • Legal jeopardy is what you face prior to conviction. You are released from Legal jeopardy when the charge against you is dropped or thrown out prior to conviction.

Conviction is being found guilty of the charge by a jury or by admission.

sentence is the court order for what is required to discharge the Conviction

The reason the exception exists is because of one of the primary and immutable tenets of law...

If your not under Conviction, you are Homo Liber.. A free and lawful man equal to any

  • The statement below is a direct quote from the gun control act. It is the law. Nebraska restored my rights and did not deny me possession or use of a firearm and thus It is lawful for me to have and use them. The same pardon/restoration of rights is an exception to Canada's felon entry restriction, Nebraska's gun laws, Nebraska's voter registration laws, The federal and state election rules...It's written and is law. I can be a congressman if the people elect me and I intend to run.

  • What constitutes a conviction of such a crime shall be determined in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the proceedings were held. Any conviction which has been expunged, or set aside or for which a person has been pardoned or has had civil rights restored shall not be considered a conviction for purposes of this chapter, unless such pardon, expungement, or restoration of civil rights expressly provides that the person may not ship, transport, possess, or receive firearms.

  • Now, all federal firearms regulations have been around since only 1938. they were written in conservative times when enemies of the US were taking guns away from the people so they are not too bad and are fairly constitutional. what I described about a conviction being discharged after fulfillment of due process...that's original American law. It's immutable natural law represented in case law and throughout legislation. It's the rule of law not the rule of men. it cannot be abridged

  • Now is the question why?

Because the financial institutions pay the bills for the government.

Congressional, House, federal and even state and local governments, pension plans, unions, insurance, they are all cross invested...mutually assured economic destruction.

The reason you heard the newly made up word "identity theft" every 20 minutes in the media for 2-3 years was to brainwash you. they already had the bill... Once the sheeple would swallow it, they rammed it through. I watched it happen

  • "Identity theft" is a farce. Congress created it as law by defining it and making it a crime but it is still a farce...

    Identity cannot be stolen.

For something to be stolen it must be removed from your possession or you must be deprived of it's use.

Identity is intrinsic to your person. it is corporal.

You cannot be deprived of the possession or use of your identity because your identity IS YOU. When someone claims to be you they are not defrauding you they defraud the credit issuer. see how?

  • Now if you let your account number out or lost your passbook that's your negligence and the loss is your fault... but the banks giving credit to strangers with only an address and a ss# and no personal presence or credible witness is negligence on their part. The financial inst. is responsible for the loss and to find the crook.

For several years the press and the govt. and the banks pounded the word "identity theft" into the ears of the public. then when everyone believed it they made it real

  • This is how they work...

Crooks went to banks and credit issuers and defrauded them. They couldn't get their money back because they gave it away too easy. they did not practice due diligence. Tey tried to get reimbursed bu the people who the crooks were pretending to be. Some of those people fought back and won. It was determined that the financial institutions didn't do enough to prove they were who they said they were.....

  • They did it with FHWA trucking rules... they enforced the hours of service regulations against truckers contrary to the law to the detriment of the truckers and after some years they changed the law to reflect and endorse the formerly unlawful enforcement. I filed a grievance and I received a call from Washington several weeks later one of the head administrators at the DOT. He affirmed that my case was correct but since they were going to be changing the law to permit it what does it matter?

  • ....after the falsified law and unlawful convictions have becomes brainwashed into the public's minds, the government then passes legislation legalizing the unlawful enforcement without any resistance. The few who do contest it by that time have no case since the unlawful governance has been in practice for so long without a contest. They did it when they took the responsibility for fraud off the bank and on you by calling it "identity theft". Your identity cannot be stolen.

  • ED11561...

Sorry to hear about your cousin...

The reason I am so adamant on this is because of the way government works.

When they don't get what they want, they transgress the law.

If no-one contests it and if the courts cover for the unlawful administrators of the law...

after some time has gone by, when everyone has been brainwashed into "thinking this is how it is" and enough people have gone to jail illegally....

  • A website or some non-law document may say if you've been convicted of a felony your a felon and can't do blah blah.

It isnt false...but it isn't the whole truth. I'm giving you the whole truth as it is written in the law documents themselves. Trafficant WAS a felon and is now NOT a felon. Election rules require you to be a registered voter before you can run... if your not lying... or wrong... how is it that he can once again run? How is it that I can visit Canada? it's the unchangeable law

  • private Individuals and public groups of people...local state and federal governments cannot lawfully discriminate one person from another as the law is applied by any classification. Equal protection of the law applies to all human beings. citizens have greater privileges but rights belong to everyone (not under conviction or conscription). everyone is free at the same level. I'm free and have all the same rights you do.

  • The entire mandate for carriage of justice is that there was an alleged offense. a person was charged with the crime proving the offense did occur and a punishment has been set in the sentencing. It may not be added to or altered during or after the fact.

The sentencing is the "price" determined by the court to discharge the conviction. Once that order is fulfilled the law is made whole/ the conviction is discharged/ the debt has been settled. If your free on parole, your still under conviction

  • Mr. Traficant is a great american

  • John Wayne lives again.

  • Having a felony on your record does not make you a felon. You are only a felon while under conviction. Once due process (the terms of the sentencing) has been fulfilled, the charge is discharged and the person is released not just from custody but released from conviction (homo liber). I'm the proof with a felony record. I lawfully vote, own and use firearms travel in Canada and have a federal firearms license and will be running for high office someday. Know what is written, not what you hear

  • @lostbuffalo In the USA u are a CONVICTED FELON. & in many states u would not be allowed to vote & forget about a federal firearms license in the USA. U wouldn't even be able to get a gun permit in NYC.

  • @ed11561 I got one...read the law if you want proof... full restoration of rights...I am not a convicted felon...I WAS but them my rights were restored in full.

all firearms applications and most voting registrations ask 1 if you have been conv. of a felon and then 2 if your rights were restored. The document evidencing pardon or restoration of rights would have to explicitely state any rights not restored or restored in full. Why? Because the fullfillment of sentence discharges the conviction.

  • @ed11561 Nope! once you pay off a debt you are no longer a debtor. You are charged, convicted, and sentenced. The authority may only carry out the due process as ordered by the court in the sentencing. Completion of the sentence aka fulfillment of due process discharges the conviction and the person MUST be released. every order of the sentencing must have a start date, special conditions may be warranted but must be explicit, and an end date or it is not a lawful court order.

  • @lostbuffalo My cousin is a convicted felon in NJ. He served at least 12 years. He is a convicted felon will be on parole for at least 5 years & will be a CONVICTED FELON for his entire life.-no exceptions. He will never have as many "rights" as a person never arrested.

  • @ed11561 the sentence must be explicit. only the explicit orders may be carried out. The authority may not add to the sentence. The sentence may not imply non-explicit orders. The sentence must be carried out and is not allowed to go beyond the sentencing. There can be no law made that goes against that. That is the way justice is carried out. Like it or not that is the law and if anyone doesn't abide by it they become criminals.

  • @ed11561 Now there ARE implied conditions relevant to the carriage of justice such as suspended rights while a ward of the state, but once the sentence is carried out in full, due process is complete and the conviction is automatically discharged by the due process being complete. You are ONLY a felon or criminal while under conviction. After the tentative release date you are "homo liber". No-one may lawfully take that away from you and the law stands behind it. It is indisputable fact of law

  • @lostbuffalo" You are ONLY a felon or criminal while under conviction."-Not true at all.

AFTER u get out-u go fom being a felon to a convicted felon. U have been convicted of a felony. period. In NY & dozens of other states-U cannot Vote- buy firearms-carry firearms & a dozen other things, Some permanently. While all the while the crooked scumbags in congress rip us off every day. That goes all the way tothe Presidents.

  • Under the laws of the state I was convicted in, I was charged, convicted, sentenced, incarcerated for 18 months and spent 18 months on parole. during that time I had limited rights. after I was no longer under the conviction there was no more hold or restriction the law could have on me that it does not have on any other lawful person. I am free 100%. Not innocent, was guilty but the law has been satisfied, now not guilty. the offense has been made whole by the sentence being carried out.

  • @ed11561 Your right...Some states and even the federal Govt. fails to uphold the law and unlawfully do not restore rights after the conviction is discharged but in my state they do uphold the law and my rights were restored. no other state or federal entity or other nation may lawfully classify me as a felon or a criminal and if they do they would be held in contempt of court and charged with libel. I have lawfully bought guns, been to Canada 20 times legally, and i am registered to and do vote

  • @lostbuffalo What state are you from? U said they do not UPHOLD the law but i'll bet the law even in your state says u can't vote anymore or buy a gun after being a convicted felon. Maybe u just got a good lawyer or just more corrupt bastards running your state. lol

  • @ed11561 I wrote you a book :) read em from the bottom up to get em straight except one is direct quote from the us gun control act and doesn't flow into the other posts.

  • traficant is what we need

  • This man looks,as if he has balls!

  • Now officially my favorite democrat. And I don't mean it in the way that the Shabbos Goy Hannity called Joe "the Senator from Israel" Lieberman his favorite democrat. This man is a hardened America-First populist. He has more of the old right in him than nearly all the republicans.

  • I hope He lives to run for President, cuz I will vote for him!!!

  • Our government SUCKS!

  • This man is the coolest guy in the world

  • This man should be bloody PRESIDENT!.....instead, you fucks jailed him!!!! Blacks/Whites....FUCK OFF....there is 200% danger NOW!!!! Stop fighting amongst one another and fucking wake up, you twats! I have tears in my eyes, watching this man from another country....and you worry about who's won American Idol!!! He's humorous, too..he's Human...and that's a crime anywhere, isn't it, mindless drones?

  • No, the Jews jailed him.

    Traficant championed the unpopular cause of John Demjanjuk, a Ukrainian-born autoworker from Seven Hills, who had been convicted in Israel and sentenced to hang for having been the brutal concentration camp guard "Ivan the Terrible." For almost a decade, Traficant was virtually alone (except for columnist Pat Buchanan) in insisting that Demjanjuk had been denied a fair trial and been the victim of mistaken identity;

  • A kangaroo court? Quelle surprise. This man appeared to be as down to earth as hell. I'd sooner trust him rather than the serpents he's mostly surrounded by. He was warning us about a dodgy congress, even then.

  • actually it is congress that jailed him, not the people. we didn't want him jailed. if he ran for president, i would vote for him and i am a conservative!

  • I hope my comments were taken correctly as an Arfo- American citizen.

  • the whites still don't get it? they were Sold out by their Senate /Congress/Pres

  • the gentiles just don't get it? they still think the 'white' man is in control, haha

  • FUCK israel they are the most hypocritical country out there, It seems like EVERTIME someone is critical of israels actions the jews always cry "your just anti sematict" the jews have brought it apon themselves because they keep sticking their noses into everything that they dont need to be involved in.

Jim exposed these pigs for what they are. Heres a question, why is israel the only country thats able to have their own congress in the our country?, no other nation's allowed to do that.

  • I agree families of the dead and wounded

of the Iraq war ,and the 911 famlies as well..

  • Comment removed

  • We didn't have youtube back then, and I was just 11-12 when this happened, but this man deserves respect and a sound ear. Meaning exactly: Your support! For there was no one in congress realer than him.

  • This ass hole is a Felon......james is a fucking felon.....

  • you dont know what you're talking about. they were trying to take him down because he was the only one in congress speaking the truth!

  • Do you really think every single person that is convicted of a crime is truly guilty? If so, you are a fucking moron.

  • aipac has made a real bad enemy with this guy. I hope he reaps havoc on them zionist paraisite.

  • So when did Al Pacino get a seat in the House?

  • STOP WITH THE ISRAEL HATE !!!

I am sick of you people screaming hate every chance you get.

  • Israel hate?Antisemitism?

Funny,I never saw a Jewish villain in any Hollywood movie...seems that role is reserved for the anglo and the arab.

Hate? There's tons and tons of filthy hatred on display in Israel against the native population. Why not address that hatred?

On Youtube they're just words but in Palestine *that* hatred has manifested in the form of headless infants, with no end in sight.

You may be fooled, the world isn't.

  • It's OK for isreal to do it but not us?

  • your profile has NOTHING, you are a mossad agent as far as I am concerned.

  • yea whatever

  • You're so full of shit larmarmax. Get an education before you cry hate. People have already told you what they told you, but this has nothing to do with Jews & Isralis, but everything to do with ending corruption, greed, and manipulation. You want the hate to end? Ha! This has EVERYTHING to do with ending hate. And that of course means, being against any form of government that spreads it. I.e Israel.

They've had their sights on Iraq, now Iran. Dismantling one democratic nation at a time!

  • this guy is awesome

  • Remember that 9/11 happened around the time of all this.

I think that Israel wanted to put a man like Traficant way, because he would have investigated 9/11 further than most. They needed a guy like this out of the picture. His conviction would serve a dual purpose.

  • @TheLotusMantis

     hell yeah!

  • Just think he was talking to a republican house of rep. And now look at the house now it is full of dem. What a JOKE now we are worse then we were 7 years ago and america still has there head in the dirt....What the hell are we going to to....?

  • People who dare speak the truth aren't fit to be politicians. Oh what a world.

  • this man will beat out any politician anywhere. I would support him and condemn the criminals who set out to get him and railroaded him out. He's on to them and THEY know it. did yo hear him last night? Not 100% sure which station it was (of course it was NOT CNN and their ilk) so it must have been either Fox or Fox business...anyway, he spoke clearly and spcifically and he said some stuff about who is running this country that has never been said on air before. he needs to be on Beck very soon.

  • Damn he sounds as good and honest as Tim Ryan, another Ohio representative. But when they get a good one in who tries to ban corruption, they railroad them out. Same thing here in SC, were they want to keep the maggots running the system.

  • where have i been not to know of this hero!!!

this man could be the next real hope for America free of corruption,!!! This man is not on the take!!!incredible nowadays...

thank you Mr Traficant. pull us together as a nation

  • Jim Traficant was, and still is an honorable man. Railroaded by our own govt. for exposing their corruption, he has forfeited many years of his life.

I, for one, cannot wait to hear from him, as will many others, about the people that lied under oath, to put him in jail. I can think of one area grocer that should be shaking in his shoes right about now in Youngstown.

  • Traficant better run again....this time for President 2012! I LOVED the line that he does his hair with a week whacker!!!

  • it's so corrupt anymore the government can fix elections without any of us know. and if some guy caught on and tried to expose it, their mainstream media could easily deny it on all platforms

    shit's gonna hit the fan

  • All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.

    Thomas Jefferson

  • EXCELLENT

  • This man is my hero!

  • Run in 2010!

  • A man. A pol. A scape goat. Mr Traficant, When you get out PLEASE, PLEASE, RUN FOR MAINE

  • For sure when they expell somebody then its most probably one of the good guys.

  • Long live Trafficant!

  • Traficant was hated by his party from the start because he ran outside the Democratic political machine in Ohio. They tried to bring his candidacy down back then and it continued until the day he was formally brought up on charges and removed. Coincidentally, it was shortly after he voted for the Republican leader Gingrich as Speaker of the House, who he liked better than the Democratic leader.

  • Traficant was a small time crook who actually had integrity and cared about the people he represented. He just got shafted by a bunch of global scale big time crooks. Does anyone notice that whenever someone gets put in congress that actually has conviction they are always alienated from their party and regarded as a nut job? Kucinich, Paul, Traficant Im sure there are others.

  • Or they will blow them up in the case of Larry McDonald :(

  • @fauyd I don't agree he's a crook, that's just your opinion and you can't prove it.

  • @fauyd If he's a crook, who did he steal from?

  • @fauyd >>>Kucinich, Paul, Traficant Im sure there are others.<<<

No, that's about it. The rest of the Congress Critters are worthless.

  • @fauyd No shit when does a US House Member ever find himself subject to a breathalyzer? PLEASE!!!!

  • The best! We miss you Jim!

  • Jim was the best! I hope he gets back in office when he gets out in a few months.

  • salute to Jim Trafficant. what a nutcase! I love this guy

  • WRITE TO JIM: James A. Traficant Jr. Register Number 31213-060 Federal Medical Center P.M.B. 4000 ROCHESTER, MN 55903-4000 Send Canteen Contributions To: Federal Bureau of Prisons James A. Traficant Jr. Register Number 31213-060 P.O. Box 474701 Des Moines, IA 50947
  • I dont know to much about Mr. Traficant or his case. I do agree with everything he says however. How could they throw a guy this damn funny in jail?

  • The first 'New-Mandment' in a totalitarian nation is to: 'Keep Thy Mouth Shut'. James did not do that.

    Once James was on the 'list' there was no hope for him. And anyone who sends him mail or stuff is also taking a chance. Crips, Bloods and MS-13s have nothing to fear;

we do---mucho. We have to shut our boofs!

  • So many things changed for the better here in Ohio BECAUSE of Jim. So many things have gotten worse since he's been gone.

    We need him back!!

Why don't we have more people representing us in Congress like him?????????????

  • Jim Trafficant for prez!!! He didnt take any shit from any members of congress or the senate. Thats why he is where he is.

  • Jimbo you are truly missed. Hats off to you man!

  • Traficant was thrown in jail for something he ddnt do, because he kept airing dem and rep dirty little laundry into the media. All of them wanted this guy gone.

  • He was amusing though

  • I miss him too. Kept those old fools on their toess! LOL

  • Absolutely love this guy!

  • Bring Jim Back!
