Hey man your videos are great. Makes me really miss living in Japan. I would liked to have spent more time in Tokyo, although I must say it was my least favorite city. All you can do is shop, and being a Gaijin doesn't go as far as it does in Sapporo. Still though, you are showing me some cool stuff I missed the first time around. i have a projector/coffee table made in yup japan! It's a sony kp-7220 72" screen and my surround reciever, a Denon avr-3600 WAY too powerful for my tiny apartment which is probably about the size of yours, (the projector ate up my whole livingroom with it's massive size and distance from the screen, but i will say it's cool as hell for being 30 years old, thank god for craigslist $100) I hope you find one too, their awesome!

lol they have Maid Cafe's in the USA too but I somehow doubt it's as authentic feeling...."Can I order a side of subtitles with that plz?" They also don't ALWAYS dress as maids, sometimes they will cosplay as characters from certain animes and sometimes even change the name to the anime they represent that week, I've seen Haruhi Cafe, Gurren Lagann, to name a couple :p PERSONALLY it's not a sexual thing but it is adorable and amusing and puts a smile on my face :D

Man, Akiba has really gone down hill in recent years.The first time I came to Japan the prices were much lower in Akihabara and used decent stuff was easier to find.Now its just like most places.Also I remember the first maid cafe I went to I was the only white guy around and my fiance was the only woman who wasnt working.Shit was underground back then, we had to walk around in the back alleys and then up a random stair well to find it. Now there are 14 maids on every corner shilling their place

I have to disagree about those games being crappy. I still have the old cartridge SEGA Genesis of old. Sonic games I loved playing on there - as well as the first Mortal Kombat, Streets of Rage, Shadowrun, Shining Force and various Disney games like Aladdin and the Little Mermaid. Wii and PS3 are great; sometimes though, going back old school is so much more satisfying.
