  • How heavy is your stone?

  • @Drumheller477 @HHH396 I honestly don't know. I've never weighed it. The guy who gave it to me said it was about 400, but I'm sure it's far lighter than that. If I had to guess I'd say, ballpark, 250...but that's just a guesstimate.

    @xjusticex2013x Just above the navel.

@Pinhwinos Sure you will. It'll take time to recover, but eventually you'll be just fine. I have lifted far more since the hernia than I ever did before.

  • Haha great video man! Strong lifting! How much does that bad boy weigh?

  • Good job! I have a hernia 2 now! I'm afraid I won't be able to lift again =(

  • Where did you get a hernia?

  • atleast you take care of your weight.

  • Every time you grab the stone, it's getting a little bit lighter cause of corrosion - no wonder you lifted it after 3 years overhead ;D only joke - fine increase/video!

  • @PeterBraunful Hey, whatever works, man :)

  • Nice lifting. do you know the weight of the stone, next month i am off up to scotland to lift and maybe press the inver stone (126kg)

  • @samurai69 It may be somewhere in the same neighborhood as the Inver, but there are a couple of places where holding it is convenient. IIRC, the Inver is pretty smooth.

  • Oops....just saw when you posted that. How'd your trip go?

  • do you know the weight of the stone, next month i am off up to scotland to lift and maybe press the inver stone (126kg)

  • @samurai69 i stimate in 140 kgs or 312 pounds

  • really enjoyed that, great vid

  • thats very inspirational!

  • i just wanna high five you!

  • Is it safe to lean back that much when pushing the stone up? Doesn't seem good for the back...

  • @pkshae

For a beginner, it's probably not. I've been doing this type of stuff for a while and I can generally tell what I can get away with and what I can't.

  • Is like an love affair in the stone... Thats truely primal... Keep going man!

  • @onepluseipi

    Thanks. I appreciate it.

  • Awesome perseverance! Great video and music as well!

  • @DocKimura

Thanks. I was inspired to press it after watching "The Incredible Hulk" but I couldn't find any Hulk music. :)

  • Well done!

  • @ScottishStone

    Thanks.

  • Great lift man.

  • @chumbulezco

  • you are a champion among men

  • @iponuall

    Thanks.

  • Bravo! Good job!

  • @IvanDrago187

    Thanks man!

  • dude how much does that stone weigh???????

  • I'm not exactly sure. The guy who gave it to me said it was a little under 400. I'm thinking it's a lot under 400. My best log is 300 (though I think I'm probably good for 320 or so by now). I'm horrible at guessing weights though.

  • well i jus wanted to know cuz that looks like a pretty BIG stone. i've got one about the same size just sittin in my back yard. gonna take me a while to even lift it. random queshtion: how tall are you and how much do you weigh in this video?

  • I'm about 6' tall and about 300#

  • nice work, i love how you lift in flip flops...i do the same

  • Thanks man. I had just gone to see the new Hulk movie and was inspired. I didn't want to bother with putting shoes on.

  • Congratulations on conquering your Hernia Stone!

    That was a great video!

    A HUGE 5 stars!
