I never really understood why just about every Touhou Christmas video I see focuses on Flandre, it's all either a Christmas-y version of her theme or just has a picture of her. You'd think that Cirno or Letty would be a better fit.

@93lpsa With what TheVoltarus also said, that is indeed Flandre. She doesn't have to wear a hat in fandom :P In fandom, people can draw a character whatever they want the character to look like. Such as Flandre here, she's not wearing her normal close. :P
