umm im stuck... okay so you duplicate the skin and then layer them over the area and then combine layers, what next? Go thru with eraser and trim the unwanted areas?? or is there a way to only apply the selected layer to an area?? i.e. the crocs mouth..?

Learn to use the Pen tool for cutting out. Magic wand is for beginners who think they know how to properly mask out an image.
