If this attorney is in fact drunk I am disappointed in myself for clicking the link expecting to find something funny. Besides the point that this man, while obviously unable to speak for himself, is not going to be able to speak on behalf of his client, the fact remains that as a result the clock runs on tax payer money in the court without aiding in the attempt to efficiently administer the law. Sadly, this man likely needs help for codependency (as do many attorneys). This was sad to watch.
