I was told he has some kind of mental problem, like Tourette's or something, where he has to constantly scream. But he carries the cell phone to make himself look a little saner (i.e. -- he's not screaming at nothing)

Dude, seriously? This guy is STILL there? I lived in Pittsburgh back in 2004, and he used to walk up and down Walnut St in Shadyside, I saw him in Squirrel Hill a few times too...freakin hilarious!!!
