I see two issues with your example. 1. We the people and citizen are not the same. The We the People are the sovereign of the United States of America Government. 2. The citizen is subject to We the People and to the statues & codes of the state. Neither the people or the citizens can actually own any realestate here on this continent because this land is not the property of the U.S.A. government. The land is owned by the indigenious & aboriginal peoples. You must study int'l law.
