For a long time, I've been wanting to see the scenes of Bulk and Skull trapped in that portable toilet and later turning up to class completely filthy once again, and after 18 years of waiting and searching, I finally see them again on YouTube.
For some reason he reminds me of a character in a classic TV show like "I Love Lucy" or something. I don't know why. He's highly amusing. While I can't stand the character Mr. Kaplan, Henry Cannon (according to IMDB) is great at what he does, and in my opinion plays the part of slightly-addled authority-abusing principal Mr. Kaplan perfectly. Kudos to him!
