Jim is the only guitar teacher I had that made me go sit in on a gig with him the same/first day I took a lesson. Golden individual. Still keep in touch on and off.
I first enjoyed Siegel Schwall in the early 70's at Milwaukee's Summerfest. After nearly 4 decades the memories are still fresh. Just g-r-e-a-t f-u-n! Thanks.
My Dad would put headphones on me and my brother and make us sit in an old leather chair and listen to these guys, and Shuggy Otis. He had a Merantz system with a reel to reel. Of course all of his friends were over and the room always seemed full of smoke. I was 8 years old and loved it when his friends would come over. Long live rock and roll.
My best friend and I did this song for years around '79........still have the LP in a plastic cover. But no turn table so thanks for posting. We mutated the song a bit, but not as much as I thought. VERY COOL, thank you!
OMG ! I'm one of your biggest fans from 1969 ! had three albums ! I've been looking for you guys ! What a fabulous sound...remember "I'm in Love with you, and I Don't Even know your Name"...You guys are fabulous !!....Good Blues NEVER dies !...PeaceLoveBlues...
