I did not have enough room to tell you this: I am an Invalid and trashing stuff from my house to the outside trash area is a PITA ! So a flat can will mean less painful trips to trash stuff
I don't have any kind of machinery to make a crusher at the moment but, I am working on another machine and will try and find the space and or the time to make a crusher. No space for a machine shop though unfortunately!
Like your machine a whole lot, and it is so faster with doing 4 at a time! I also like the idea and 'proof' because you showed us that it crushes steel cans. Will it crush them from side to side and crush them that top to bottom? Just wondered!
I live on my own and most cans I need to crush are steel, and one at a time is fine for me, but I need them as flat as possible so I don't have to empty the trash so often.
wow thats beefy. good job

awsome, if you were to add a can hopper that thing would rule. lol
have you tried crushing more then one ton can?

DAMN! 4 aluminium can is norma to flatten, but the tin can also can get flatten! How many psi (pressure per square in) is that?!?!
Also you use air compressor or air tank?
Danny19921125 1 year ago
@Danny19921125 We run the air compressor at about 110 psi. That 3.25" bore cylinder is a beast when it comes to crushing!!! ha!
