Taking them to Court would perhaps work if we had an actual "functioning" legal system in Germany that actually abides by its own laws of constitution, On the outside it "might even" look as though they do, but here on the inside its just as Fuckedup Corrupt and Perverted as in any other country !
Spiegel is a big fish, but such matters usually get gone with the wind !
