These bands are pop rock I think they are more rock but that's what they are catagorized as.Todays pop music has so much bullshit in their music sythesizers and drum machines we need more of this kind of music

MTV.. circa 1983 or so.. the days of Nina Blackwood and Martha Quin.. yeah, that was the real MTV. You could turn it on and just let it run like a radio station, hearing all the hits and seeing videos that actually used some creative brian power to produce. In my opinion Toad The Wet Sprocket was one of the most underrated bands of the 1990's. They often fell under the shadows of R.E.M. and other bands that were actually considered part of the college rock underground of the 19980's.

Nice video--seems inspired by the movie They Shoot Horses don't they?, which is about dance marathons and desparation. Just wish the band was a little more glammed up, but this was made during the height of the grunge era. One of my favorite songs of the 90's.
