It's not that the pilots don't want to fly, the point of this video is that the leadership is so hung up on CYA that the pilots have to deal with tons of unreasonable restrictions. Hell, if Blackhawk pilots stopped flying Army Aviation would cease, Blackhawks are Army aviation.
