Well done. The Bay is Actually cleaner than it was 25 years ago. The greatest problem is now providing fresh water and garbage removal around the city. More pollution is coming from the million plus residents than from the hotels.

One of the best things that could be done is a monorail from the airport to Pie de la Cuesta to reduce oil consumption.

I didn't know Acapulco had once been a city of biodiversity. What did you mean by that? From your video, it seems like the most serious problem is overcrowded beaches and litter. What do these issues say about human impacts on the environment?
