I found out how to play this song by ear. but im only good at playing in the key of G. if you Transpose it -7 then the chords are G, G/Fsharp, Em, D, C, D. then the verse goes Em, D, C, D. than the Pre chorus goes Em, B/Dsharp, G/D, A/Csharp. then the Chorus is the same as the intro. its not in the key of the song but i hope it helps

I wouldn't say it's on "perfect tempo" either.

sarahseayx was right in that there were a few stops as well as the stumble at 0:51. Generally speaking, piano covers need to sound extremely close to the original piece and in the case of Lady Gaga if it's off it's OFF. I can't follow this rendition very well even with the lyrics in front of me and this is my favorite song.

HOWEVER, I wouldn't go so far as to say it sucked. It was a nice attempt...and that's all. Thank you for that much. :]

Try a different fingering for the chords at the beginning. the chord progression in the bass going up, you need to have the F#. Don't leave it out otherwise it doesn't sound right. I don't know where the G# is coming from when the verse starts but it doesn't sound right either. Also unless your going to sing the song while playing it, you might want to add in the melody so it actually sounds like the song.
