mrfrodo -- how can you judge this band from an amateur video at a street festival? and i agree with DMB, it's ridciulous that you didn't know "everybody wants to rule the world" is a cover. how can anyone trust your judgement with your lack of knowledge about this popular piece?

DTL is a fantastic band. i know them personally -- they write they're own heartfelt lyrics and music, and they are positively phenomenal in concert. plus, they're just downright GREAT guys. rare for this biz.

I don't understand how anyone can consider anything Down The Line does as mediocre. They are so electric in concert, even though the majority of their music is purely acoustic. And it's pretty ridiculous that mrfrodo8648 doesn't know that this song is a cover. If anyone else likes DTL, you should check out their other videos on here and some of their songs on iTunes.
