  • never sounded better!

  • Damn, this dude sounds just as good as he did 30 years ago. Some of the other great vocalist from years past should take note...... (Tate, Dokken, etc...)

  • My main man! He's almost 62 and he's still in great shape! He doesn't have a beer gut and

    I do!

  • Never tire of hearing this, was there that night and also last night and also for the Queen/Paul Rodgers next door and the Bad Co gig and more...

  • Great percformance from PR as ever, but the "bee in a jam jar" guitar tone spoils it.

  • @bertfrantic, can you elaborate on your comment about the guitar tone please? it would be nice to know as i make the transformers that go into cornford amps!

  • @adamsaxo Guitar tone is such a subjective thing, but I guess where I'm coming from is that I grew up hearing that great Paul Kossoff tone and to my imperfect ears this version isn't quite the same. I think the overdrive/gain is set a little high. Nothing against the kit, though to be fair although this is a simple song I've rarely heard it played properly. Brian May got very close on the QPR tours, where most of the old PR/Bad Co/Free classics were played superbly.

  • @bertfrantic wow..i was thinking the exact same thing when watching this.. I think howard did a great job, just the tone was a bit "Shrill"...needed more bottom...lol

  • aye...as a geordie in the crowd, reet' in the top level (cheap seats). i've got to admit this was a great night....good music, good atmosphere, great people!

  • Brilliant! Paul Rodgers briliant! Glasgow April 19th 2011, the repeat!XXXXX

  • How are his vocals so effortlessly win?????! Bloody ridiculous

  • Love the Cornford stacks .... best amps ever!!

Great vid and Paul's vocals are still unbelieveably strong

  • please youtube give me the ability to put ten stars on this vid, AMAZING!!!! and at 60 yrs old show that musicians dont have to loose their voice(obviously hes the voice and no-one will ever sound as good again maybe with the exception of cormace neeson in the answer- who paul himself says are the best band since free!!!)

  • is it me or does he sing alot better wearing a tank-top? lol

  • Lucy Piller was in the pubic

  • PAUL RODGERS is just my favorite singer forever
