You sing beautiful, just remember this song is a CHRISTIAN SONG not a "holiday song" Next time tell your director that christian songs contain the words God, Jesus, Salvation, Hope. If you happen to be a christian, then when he or she told you to take those words out YOU should have been offended.

good job!! Its funny because I'm singing this same song at my choir concert at school in a couple weeks and my director also told me to take the breath of Jesus part out too for the same reason. So, I understand why you had to do that. but you have a great voice and I love some of the minor changes you made to the song to make it your own! :)

@lindseyhen09 Many public schools don't allow public display of faith like saying the name of Jesus when the school itself could be sued for telling people to join a certain faith. Some people are crazy enough to sue people over that, wierdly enough. But this has happened to me, too, so I can understand that. I'm not sure if she tried this or not, but I would have asked to keep it in there. It's my faith. People go on school stages talking about drugs and worse things all the time!
