Angela Gossow's daughter? wtf dude? To even think that Angela and this... this... I don't even know how to classify this 5% growler. Seriously, she spends ~95% clean vocals. Her growl sounds very post processed. She has a very pretty lower range clean vocals, but her growls sounds like every other metalcore "I can make my voice lower and scream" sound and again it sounds EQ'd to hell. Give her a mic going through a flat EQ and a speaker and she'll sound like crap. Metal has gone to shit.

I just talking about my own opinion dude, I know Arch Enemy, I've checked out their stuff several times but it's never clicked with me.

I usually prefer more melodic singing when it comes to female vocals (Simone Simons, Sharon Den Adel etc), and don't mind growler/death style vocals overall, but never really enjoyed that style sung by a female. Until now. Again only in my own personal opinion and taste.

Why does it not occur to the vast majority of fuckwits making the 'MOAR WOMEN IN METAL!' comments that one of the reasons you don't see women in death/black metal is because said fuckwits usually just comment on the singer's appearance rather than the music. As it goes, her screams are middle-of-the-road metalcore; nothing special. And her melodic singing is pretty poor.
