I watched some of the game Kolb & Vick both looked good. Chad Hall was really working hard only 5'8" and making plays LOL. I'm looking forward to the Redskins/Eagles games. As you know, I'm rooting for MCNabb but it should be a really good game.

I was pleased by the play of all the starters. Especially the O-Line. I also liked Cooper, Hall, and Vick. I wanna see how Kolb does against the Bengals D. I think he'll b good this season though
Michael Vick was actually was fucking accurate, i couldnt believe it. We may have the best back up qb in the league hands down! Kolb looked phenominal
kolb played great, both first teams played great, vicks just gotta watch the turnovers, and a lot of the young players played well, on the other hand, the defensive reserves specifically some of the secondary did not play well at all, they made mccown look like a probowler, and the kickoff coverage was pretty bad. no big deal though, the positives definately outweighed the negatives and theres a lotttttt to build on. like you said, the score of the game doesnt tell the true story.

@Whodatfootball There were a lot of big plays in that game but in the Kevin Kolb series' there were minimal big plays and it was obvious that he was getting down the field and scoring points and burning off clock. He is more accurate, but he he is limited to intermediate pass plays. We play the Jags in week 3 so we will see how "for real" they were playing.

@RWF1984 Yeah I remember one year when the Lions won 4 preseason games and then won no regular season games. Kolb and McNabb are two different players, mcnabb is the long arm mobile guy. Kolb is the more accurate guy who obviously if you saw the game doesnt give up on the play. The jags are okay, not great, but the eagles have to play better.
Also, the eagles have never beaten the jags in the regular season.
@datphillycat77 But I would like to see Kolb against a team that is good or at least a good defense is all I am saying. You would be the same way if I had the up most confidence in Jackson. I am just waiting til the season starts before I could say Kolb was a great decision to let go McNabb.
@TheBigGravy The Eagles had over 150 total yards after the 1st QTR and held the Jags to around 20 and zero first downs out of 3 drives. Kevin Kolb showed a dark flash of talent. He still needs to gain more experience and confidence. I also liked the way Desean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin played. We have a contender over the next few years.

I think that the Eagles are an extremely tough team, but they will have their struggles next season. The Eagles are going under the radar, but they will have their bumps and bruises.
