Saw her performance in DC with my kid (who came home from school to see Tori play btw). She was awesome. The string quartet was awesome. There was nothing not spectacular about the performance. What is amazing about her music is if you strip away everything (voice, backing instruments, bass, etc) except the piano part - her music will stand on its own and that is for every CD she has put out. She is truly an original. :)

Great interview and she's filled out nicely. She looks much better in reality than she does in the various publicity shots and videos I've seen her in over recent years, in which she looks like a manikin (too much Photoshop in post I imagine). Oh and 'Night of Hunters' is excellent! Everybody buy it, I'm going too...
